Shipping policy

If you would like delivery under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, please contact us by email (info@juvaplus.com) so we can provide you with a full quote including taxes, duties, and shipping costs.

 

Delivery Estimates and Shipping Rates

All orders are usually processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once dispatched, delivery time varies according to the destination country.

Switzerland	1 to 2 business days
Europe	2 to 7 business days
Rest of world	3 to 10 business days

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges vary according to the destination country and the value of the cart.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Juvaplus International is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do ?

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@juvaplus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Limitations

Some countries may impose limitations on import (e.g. lithium batteries). It is the customer’s duty to comply with local regulations for import. JUVAPLUS INTERNATIONAL will not be held liable if unable to deliver goods until the final destination due to local regulations.
